Our Beliefs
GOD
There is one eternally existing God who has three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is the creator of all that exists, both visible and invisible, and is therefore worthy of all glory and praise. God is perfect in love, power, holiness, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, justice, and mercy. He is unchangeable and therefore, is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
THE SCRIPTURES
The Bible is God’s Word, written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is completely true and trustworthy in its original form. Scripture reveals who God is and serves as our ultimate guide in what we believe and how we live.
SALVATION
Salvation is God’s work to forgive our sins, bring us new life, and restore us to Himself. It deals with all the effects of sin—guilt, separation, death, and brokenness. Salvation is based on God’s love, made possible by Jesus’ sacrifice, and applied to us by the Holy Spirit.
SANCTIFICATION
Sanctification starts when a person is born again and receives the Holy Spirit. God invites us to fully surrender to Him, leading to a deeper work where the Holy Spirit cleanses the heart, removes sinful desires, and empowers us to live for God.
THE CHURCH
The Church began at Pentecost when the Holy Spirit filled Jesus’ followers. It is the Body of Christ—called out from the world to follow Him. The Church is made up of believers from every nation. We believe in supporting the Church’s mission through tithes and offerings. No single denomination is the only true Church. Any group that holds to the essential truths of Christianity is part of Christ’s Body, but groups that deny these truths are not.
